This convenient location is in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, mini golf, water slides, Castaway Cove & Gillian's Wonderland Pier amusements, restaurants, Wawa, Starbucks, grocery stores, Asbury Ave shopping district and so much more. You will have plenty of room for the whole family with 6 bedrooms (bunk room on ground floor) and 3 Full bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's and the main living area boasts a 55-inch flat screen. This brand new house is loaded with all the amenities that you need for a great vacation: Key-less entry, 8 Beach tags and 8 beach chairs, Keurig AND regular coffee maker, and enclosed outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen is nicely equipped with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It contains all necessities needed to make a big family meal which can be enjoyed inside in the dining area or al fresco style out on the spacious front patio. After a long day on the beach, there is nothing better than enjoying the warm patio breezes sprawled out on the couch while you sip wine or stretch out for a little cat nap.
